This agreement is entered into by and between Ditholo Game Lodge and yourself, THE CLIENT, of which the parties’ duties and obligations are set out in the following terms and conditions. The CLIENT and Ditholo Game Lodge hereby acknowledge having read, fully understood and accepting the terms and conditions of this Agreement and their intention is indicated by their signature of this Agreement and as made below. This Agreement is legally binding and enforceable in terms of South African Law.
