THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into by and between the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin Office of Energy Innovation (“OEI”), representing the State of Wisconsin, and VILLAGE OF MCFARLAND ("Grant Recipient”) (collectively “parties”) for the Performance Period of the date this agreement is signed by the OEI and the Grant Recipient through June 30, 2024.
