This opinion is furnished to you pursuant to paragraph 8.5 of the Agreement and Plan of Reorganization (the “Agreement”), dated as of March 19, 2010, by and among Domini Social Investment Trust, a Massachusetts business trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of Domini International Social Equity Fund, a series thereof (the “Acquiring Fund”), and the Trust, on behalf of each of its series listed on Exhibit A to the Agreement under the heading “Acquired Fund” (the “Acquired Funds”). All capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein have the meanings ascribed to them in the Agreement.
