This contract is entered into by and between the College of Literature, Science, and the Arts Student Government (“First Party”) and Riya Gupta (“Second Party”). The terms of this Agreement shall begin immediately upon signing by both parties and continue through its termination occurring upon the final certification of the LSA Student Government Special Election results. Any terms of this contract that have already been completed shall not need to be re-completed.
