Painting 2019 Contract (the “Contract”) is entered between the Village of Buffalo Grove (hereinafter the “Village” or “Owner”), an Illinois home-rule unit of government, and Great Lakes Property Logistics an (hereinafter the “Contractor”) on this 19th day of August, 2019 (the “Effective Date”). The Village and the Contractor are hereinafter sometimes collectively referred to as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party”.
