The present Terms and Conditions of use ("Terms and Conditions”") governs the use of the CONNECT System, including, without limitation, your use of any CONNECT Equipment, Software and/or Websites. These Terms and Conditions and the additional Terms and Conditions contained in or attached to this document, as supplemented by agreed upon Connect offers and duration (collectively the “Agreement”) shall be the entire agreement between You and Manitowoc on the subject of the transactions described herein; and there are no conditions to this Agreement that are not expressed herein.
