This Second Third Amended and Restated Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) is effective as of January 10, 2023April 25, 2023 (the “Effective Date”) between the Town of Addison, Texas (“City” or “Addison”), and AMLI Residential Partners, LLC (“AMLI”) and Stream Realty Acquisition, L.L.C. (“Stream”) as co-developers, collectively referred to herein as (“Co-Developers”) (each a “party” and collectively the “parties”), acting by and through their authorized representatives.
