This INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), is made and entered into as of this day of January, 2022 (the “Effective Date”) by and between the CITY OF VARNELL, GEORGIA, a municipal corporation of the State of Georgia (the “City”) and the WHITFIELD COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS, the duly elected governing authority of a political subdivision of the State of Georgia (the “County”).
