This Agreement, reached through voluntary negotiations, is made and entered into by and between Lewis County Hospital District No. 1 (hereinafter referred to as the “Employer” or “District”) and the Washington State Nurses Association (hereinafter referred to as the “Association”) representing registered general duty nurses employed by the Employer, and is the sole existing employment agreement covering the bargaining unit set forth below in Article 1.
