This agreement is between Prudential Portfolio Managers Unit Trusts Limited and Prudential Portfolio Managers (SA) (Pty) Limited (jointly called “Prudential” in this form) and the Financial Services Provider (FSP) and Individual Financial Adviser/s (FA) signing this agreement.
