(“Arkadium” or “we”), together with and incorporating all updates, supplements, additional terms, and Arkadium’s rules and policies, contains the material terms and conditions that govern your use of downloadable game applications (“Apps”) and websites owned and operated by Arkadium and associated with Arkadium’s offerings, including any e-mail newsletters published or distributed by or on behalf of Arkadium, and any other interactive features, online games or platforms owned and operated by Arkadium and associated with Arkadium’s offerings (collectively, including Apps, referred to as the “Arkadium Platform”), to the extent each of the foregoing is offered in the United States. By accessing or using the Arkadium Platform, you agree to be legally bound to this Agreement. If you do not agree to the Agreement as stated herein, you may not access or use the Arkadium Platform.
