In recognition of the current COVID 19 pandemic and the stress and physical toll it is taking on Central Texas first responders, the University agrees to provide facilities and services as listed below and the Client agree to accept the use of the facilities and services in accordance with the terms and conditions listed below. Concordia University Texas reserves the right to change the facilities or services agreed to in the contract at Concordia’s sole discretion. All efforts will be made to provide the Client with equivalent facilities/services in every case involving a change. University academics and activities take priority.
