The Home Education Articulation Agreement, pursuant to section (s.) 1007.271(13)(b), Florida Statutes (F.S.), requires each postsecondary institution to enter into an agreement with each home education student seeking enrollment in a dual enrollment course and the student’s parents. The following are the minimum components required in the agreement:
