This Subgrant Agreement (“Subgrant Agreement”) is entered into as of January 1, 2022, by and between FORSYTH COUNTY, GEORGIA, a political subdivision of the State of Georgia (“Forsyth County” or the "Subgrantee"), and ATLANTA‐REGION TRANSIT LINK AUTHORITY (the “ATL” or the “Grantee"), an authority of the State of Georgia, on behalf of the United States Department of Transportation, Federal Transit Administration (“FTA”). Forsyth County and ATL may be collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
