These terms and conditions of sale (“Terms and Conditions of Sale”) shall apply to any sale of products or services (“Product” or “Service”) by Eaton Industries LP, Glasgow, Morges Branch (“EILP”) (hereinafter referred to as “Seller”) to a buyer (hereinafter referred to as “Buyer”). The Buyer and Seller are collectively referred to as the “Parties” and each individually as a “Party”.
