This Contract is concluded on the basis of the results of an over-threshold open tender procedure within the meaning of Section 56 et seq. of the PPA, which is entitled “Device for hot foil stamping, embossing and die-cutting” (hereinafter referred to as the “tender procedure”). The basis for this Contract is also the Contractor's tender for the tender procedure submitted on [the Contracting Authority shall complete with the Partincipant’s tender submission date], the content of which is known to the Parties (hereinafter referred to as the "Tender").
