This Subscription Agreement, (“Agreement”) is between you (“Customer”) and Totara Learning (Europe) Limited (“Totara Learning”) and is effective as of the date this Agreement is fully executed (“Commencement Date”). By signing below, or accessing, installing or otherwise using Totara Enterprise Extensions, Customer acknowledges that Customer has read, understands and accepts the terms of this Agreement.
