This Master Ordering Agreement (including the Product Overview, Subscription Service Guide, and Customer Support Guide attached hereto) (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between MobiChord, LLC, a Utah limited liability company with its principle place of business at 4001S 700E, Suite 500, Salt Lake City, Utah 84107 (“MobiChord”) and the customer business entity identified on the Order Form (“Customer”) and is effective as of the date the first Order Form is issued by MobiChord to Customer (“Effective Date”).
