This Cardholder Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions under which the Easy Pay Mastercard Prepaid Card (the “Prepaid Card”). By accepting and using the Prepaid Card, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. “Prepaid Card Account” means the records we maintain to account for the value of claims associated with the Prepaid Card. “You” and “your” mean the person or persons who receive the Prepaid Card and are authorized to use it as provided for in this Agreement. “We,” “us,” and “our” mean the Issuer, and our successors, affiliates or assignees. You acknowledge and agree that the value available in the Prepaid Card Account is limited to the funds that have been loaded into the Prepaid Card Account on your behalf. You agree to sign the back of the Prepaid Card immediately upon receipt. The expiration date of the Prepaid Card is identified on the front of the Prepaid Card. The Prepaid Card is a prepaid card. The Prepaid Card is not
