During the appointment, any details unclear on this form can be clarified, and you will be required to sign your part of the agreement. When you meet us, we will help you fill in any information you can’t complete by yourself, and you will have to sign the back page of the conditions where indicated. If a representative of the City of Ballarat approves your application, they will then sign the back page too, at which point it will become a binding Venue Hire Agreement.
