This Agreement shall be in effect from July and shall remain effective until August and unless either party gives to the other party a written notice of termination, or of a desire to amend this Agreement, then it shall continue in effect from year to year thereafter. Notice that amendments are required or that either party intends to terminate the Agreement may only be given within the period of not more than ninety (90) days prior to expiration of this Agreement or any anniversary of such.
