This Facility Rental Agreement and Release, together with the attached Exhibits A and B (collectively referred to hereinafter as the “Agreement”) is entered into and made effective on Friday April 28, 2018 (“Effective Date”) between American Sign Museum, Inc. (“Museum”) with principal offices at 1330 Monmouth Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45225, an Ohio nonprofit corporation, and (“Customer”). Museum and Customer collectively are referred to as the “Parties.”
