This Autodesk® Mudbox™ Software Support and Maintenance program (“Support and Maintenance”) purchased by you now or at any time hereafter will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Autodesk Software Support and Maintenance agreement (“Agreement”), set out below, subject to the provisions of Section 8.9 Support and Maintenance.
