This First Amendment (“First Amendment”) is made and entered into by and between the Dallas College (“Dallas College” or “College”) and Newman International Academy, a Texas nonprofit d/b/a Newman International Academy at Cedar Hill (the “ISD” or “High School”). The College and the ISD may hereafter be individually referred to as “Party” and collectively as “Parties.”
