Maharashtra State Power Generation Company Limited, (bearing CIN U40100MH2005SGC153648) a company incorporated under the Indian Companies Act 1956, having its registered office at Plot no G-9, Prakashgad, Anant Kanekar Marg, Bandra (East), Mumbai - 400051. (hereinafter referred to as “SPPD”, which expression shall, unless repugnant to the context or meaning thereof, be deemed to include its successors and permitted assigns) as a Party of the first part;
