This Performance Contract (hereinafter referred to as “Contract”) is entered into between the County Government of Makueni (hereinafter referred to as (“CG”) Through the County Executive Committee Member for Lands, Urban Development, Environment and Climate Change represented of P.O. Box 78-90300 Makueni (together with its assignees and successors) of the one part, and the Wote Municipal Board (hereinafter referred to as the “the Board), represented by the Chairman of the Board (together with its assignees and successors) of P.O. Box 78-90300 Makueni of the other part.
