The Cooperative requires and encourages directors, officers, employees and members to observe and practice high standards of business and personal ethics in conduct of The Cooperative duties and responsibilities. The Cooperative employees, members, and representatives of The Cooperative must practice honesty and integrity in fulfilling The Cooperative’s responsibilities and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
