Be it known by these parties that a mutual agreement exists between the Camden City School District (hereinafter the “District”), and that said District, nor any of its employees are not under any circumstances to any person or persons held liable or responsible for, any injury received by, or resulting from, participation as a spectator, or anyone engaged in competitive activities, while in attendance at, or while using school buildings, grounds, facilities and equipment.
