This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) between the Alliance for Education (“AFE”) and Seattle School District No. 1 (“SPS”) provides a general framework for the collaborative work between both organizations. From time to time, the AFE and SPS engage in a variety of collaborative efforts including grant funded work at the district; community engagement efforts; fundraising initiatives; fiscal services for school accounts; and various technical and professional supports.
