This agreement is made effective upon receipt of the MacBook laptop or iPad computer, between the Litchfield Public Schools (LPS), the student receiving a laptop/iPad (“Student”), and his/her parent(s) or legal guardian (“Parent”). The Student and Parent(s), in consideration of being provided with a laptop/iPad, software, and related materials (the “Computer”) for use while a student is at Litchfield Public Schools, hereby agree as follows:
