This First Amendment To Declaration Of Covenants And Easements (“First Amendment”) is entered into as of the day of July, 2018 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Hagerman Police Station, LLC, an Indiana limited liability company (“Hagerman”), and the City of Fishers, Indiana, by and through its Board of Public Works & Safety (the “City”), on the following terms:
