This agreement (the "Agreement") is made by and between CaymanFirst and you (the end user client, as an individual or business entity, in either case, "you"). The Effective Date of this Agreement is the date on which you register for online access via https://caymanfirst.secure.ky and https://claimsubmission.caymanfirst.com (the "Effective Date"). In consideration of the mutual agreements and covenants contained in this Agreement, the adequacy and sufficiency of which are acknowledged by the parties to this Agreement, CAYMANFIRST and you (the “Parties”) agree as follows:
