THIS SECOND AMENDED AND RESTATED CREDIT AGREEMENT dated as of August 18, 2009 (this “Agreement”), is entered into among ENNIS, INC. This AMENDED AND RESTATED CREDIT AGREEMENT (hereinafter, as it may be from time to time amended, modified, extended, renewed, substituted, and/or supplemented, referred to as this “Agreement”) is entered into as of October 25, 2011, by and among VERISK ANALYTICS, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Verisk”), and INSURANCE SERVICES OFFICE, INC., a Delaware corporation (“ISO”, and together with Verisk, the “Co-Borrowers”, and individually a “Co-Borrower”), each lender from time to time party hereto (collectively, the “Lenders” and individually, a “Lender”), and BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., as Administrative Agent, Swing Line Lender and L/C Issuer.
