agree to pursue the development of an Iowa New Jobs Training Program (260E) training project, effective as of (the “Effective Date”). The Business agrees to provide the College with the information necessary to develop a training project. If the parties are able to agree on a training project, they will enter into a New Jobs Training Agreement (the “Agreement”), which is subject to the approval of the College’s Board of Trustees. If the Agreement is approved by the College, any new positions that are created by the Business on or after the Effective Date may be included in the Agreement. The parties acknowledge that this Preliminary Agreement is not a guarantee of project approval or project funding. This Preliminary Agreement is intended to remain in effect for a maximum of one calendar year from the Effective Date.
