THIS AGREEMENT is entered into by and between the County of Lancaster, Nebraska, a political subdivision of the State of Nebraska, hereinafter referred to as “County,” and Lincoln Community Foundation, Inc., (“Lincoln Community Foundation”) a Nebraska not-for-profit corporation, hereinafter referred to as “Donor.” Collectively County and Lincoln Community Foundation may be referred to as “the Parties,” and individually each may be referred to as a “Party.”
