Welcome to PopID, Inc.’s website (including www.popid.com), products, and services, including the PopID Biometric Super App (“Super App”), which allows you to authenticate yourself using your stored biometric information, such as images of your face or palm, for various things including checking in for loyalty participation, getting into events and venues, and making purchases using your stored payment information, at participating businesses (“Merchants”). PopID, Inc. (“we,” “us,” and “our”) refers to our websites as the “Site(s),” and our Sites, apps, accounts, products, and services, including PopPay, collectively as our “Services.” You are one of the many individuals who visit our Site, register for an account, or use our Services (each a “user” and collectively “users”).
