This Wholesale Market Participation Agreement (“WMPA”) including the Specifications, and Schedules attached hereto and incorporated herein, is entered into in order to effectuate sales of energy and/or capacity into PJM’s wholesale markets, by and between PJM Interconnection, L.L.C., the Regional Transmission Organization for the PJM Region (“Transmission Provider”), Pennsylvania Windfarms, LLC (“Wholesale Market Participant”)and Pennsylvania Electric Company (“Transmission Owner” or “Penelec”) (referred to individually as “Party” or collectively as “the Parties”). This WMPA supersedes the Interconnection Service Agreement dated August 13, 2004 between PJM Interconnection, L.L.C, Pennsylvania Windfarms, Inc. and Pennsylvania Electric Company designated as Original Service Agreement No. 1129, FERC Docket Nos. ER04-1218-000 and ER04-1218-001.
