This Master Licensing Agreement (the “Agreement”) is by and between Symbium Corp., with business offices located at 912 Cole St., #375 San Francisco, CA 94117, (“Symbium”), and City of La Mesa with business offices located at 8130 Allison Avenue, La Mesa, CA 91942 (the “Licensee”). This Agreement shall be effective on the last signature date on the signature block hereto (“Effective Date”). Each of Symbium and Licensee is a “Party” and together they are the “Parties”.
