The Le Sueur County Human Services Family Services Collaborative, 88 South Park Avenue, Le Center, MN 56057, hereafter referred to as “Collaborative” and Counseling Services of Southern Minnesota, 1306 Marshall St, Saint Peter, MN 56082, hereafter referred to as “Contractor” have come together to expand mental health services for children in Le Sueur County. The Collaborative and Contractor, hereinafter referred to as “Parties”, enter into this agreement for the period from September 3, 2024 to May 31, 2025 for the provision and coordination of services.
