This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is made between the Social Security Administration, Office of Disability Adjudication and Review (ODAR), and the Association of Administrative Law Judges (AALJ), International Federation of Professional and Technical Engineers (IFPTE), AFL-CIO. The parties agree that the provisions below, known as the standard template, will apply in all situations involving relocation, expansion, or establishment of any Hearing Office or remote site. The provisions below cannot be changed, but the parties can agree to additional terms to address local concerns.
