This Service Order is entered into between CWPS Easy Data Protection, LLC, a Red River Managed Services LLC subsidiary (“RRMS”) and the client (“Client”), as of the date accepted (the “Effective Date”) by RRMS, which is the date of the signed Service Order. This Service Order provides Client specific information and is entered into pursuant to the terms of the RRMS Cloud Assist Easy Data Protection Services Agreement (“Services Agreement”) between RRMS and Client.
