This Mobile Check Deposit User Agreement (“Agreement”) contains the terms and conditions for the use of Worcester Credit Union’s remote deposit capture services that Worcester Credit Union (“WCU”, “us,” or “we”) may provide to you (“you,” or “user”). Other agreements you have entered into with Worcester Credit Union, including but not limited to the Membership and Accounts Agreement and Disclosure, Online Banking Agreement and Disclosure and Online Services E-SIGN Act Consent and Disclosure, governing your WCU account(s) (collectively referred to as (the “other agreements”), are incorporated by reference and made a part of this Agreement. In the event of a discrepancy between this Agreement and the other agreements, the terms of this Agreement shall control.
