This Addendum is attached to and forms part of the DRUG LICENSE AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT dated May 23, 2015 (hereinafter the “Addendum”), between Oncology Venture APS (Company Registration no. 34 62 35 62), a Danish corporation having its principal offices at Venlighedesvej 1, 2970 Hørsholm, Denmark (hereinafter “OV”), and Lantern Pharma, Inc, (Company Registration no. ______________________________ ) a Texas corporation having its principal place of business at 211 N Ervay Street, Suite 404, Dallas, TX 75201 U.S.A. (hereinafter “LP”) as of February 8, 2016 (the “EFFECTIVE DATE”) (hereinafter the “Addendum”). LP and OV are sometimes referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
