If the kitchen is used, there will be an additional fee of $50.00. A security deposit of $200.00 is required and will be returned after the event if the building is left as it was found. If the facility is dirty or damaged, professional cleaners and/or repair services will be utilized to restore the premises to the condition prior to use by the LESSEE, the LESSEE will be charged for the services and the security deposit will be kept to cover administrative costs.
