THIS SERVICES AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made by and between TNTP, Inc., a non-profit corporation organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, with its principal office at 186 Joralemon Street, Suite 300, Brooklyn, New York 11201 (“TNTP”), and Shelby County Schools, with its principal office at 2957 Avery, Memphis, Tennessee 38112 (the “Client”). This Agreement is effective as of September 1, 2017 (the “Effective Date”).
