THIS AGREEMENT is made by and between BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc., (“BellSouth”), a Georgia corporation, and McLeodUSA Telecommunications Services, Inc. (“McLeodUSA”) an Iowa corporation, and shall be deemed effective as of the Effective Date specified in Section 3 hereof. This Agreement may refer to either BellSouth or McLeodUSA or both as a “Party” or “Parties.”
