This Master Sales and Services Agreement is binding and enforceable between Customer Name (“Customer”) and Candoris Technologies, LLC (“Provider”). “You” refers to the entity or organization using the services and/or products described in this agreement. “Party” or “Parties” refers to either Customer or Provider or both. By executing a: (i) sales quote, or (ii) issuing a purchase order, or (iii) entering into a statement of work that references this Master Services Agreement, You are accepting and agreeing to be bound by this Master Sales and Services Agreement (the “MSSA Effective Date”). The Parties complete agreement includes the Master Sales and Services Agreement and all such: (i) sales quote, or (ii) issuing a purchase order, or (iii) entering into a statement of work, all of which shall be hereinafter referenced as the “Agreement”.
