This P-TECH 9-14 Model Agreement, (“Agreement”) is entered into by and among Texas Instruments, hereinafter referred to as “Industry Partner”, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Texas with its principal place of business in 12500 TI Boulevard, SC BLDG. MS 3819, Dallas, Texas, 75243; the Dallas Independent School District, hereinafter referred to as “Dallas ISD”, a public independent school district and political subdivision of the State of Texas; and the Dallas College, hereinafter referred to as “Dallas College” or “College”, a Texas political subdivision of higher education located at 12800 Abrams Rd, Dallas, TX 75243 (each a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”), and sets forth the roles of the various parties in regard to the implementation of the Pathways to Technology Early College High School, hereinafter referred to as “P-TECH”, model at 9924 Hillcrest Rd. Dallas, TX 75230 (hereinafter referred to as the “Program”).
