This Data Protection Agreement, including the Schedules (collectively, the “DPA”) is incorporated by reference and forms part of all Agreements (as defined below) entered into between Customer and Panasonic Avionics Corporation, a company incorporated under the laws of Delaware with offices at 3347 Michelson Drive, Suite 100, Irvine, California, 92612, United States (“Panasonic”). This DPA applies whenever Panasonic processes Personal Data on behalf of and at the instruction of the Customer in connection with the provision of Services under the Agreements and reflects the Parties agreement on such processing. For the purposes of this DPA, Customer is understood to be Controller, and Panasonic is understood to be the Processor.
