As used in this Agr eement, "y ou" and "y our" mean each and al l of those who apply f or and receiv e, or who sig n a card(s), jointly and sev erally. "Card" means each Visa credit card as issued to y ou. This Agre ement also gov erns the issuance and use of "cash adv ance drafts" and other "cash a dv ances.” “We”, “us”, “I”, and “our” mean the creditor named abov e, to which y our credit card agreement and the rig ht to pay ment hav e been assigned, and to which y ou are legal ly obligated under the terms of this Agreement. "Account" means y our account with us. " Account balance" means the total balance y ou owe us f rom time to time under this Agreement, including the principal and a ll interest charges an d other charges due. "Cash adv ance" means a loan y ou obtain f rom us or any one else on the basis of a cash adv ance draf t, card or otherwise under y our card.
